In the first half of 2017, TU has done some amazing things. We’ve written about the ever-popular topics of Donald Trump, fake news, and Islamic totalitarianism among other controversial topics. We’ve also redesigned our website and relaunched our internship program.
This last achievement is one that we’re particularly happy about. For several years, TU has recruited and trained interns–many of whom have gone on to careers in public policy, the law, business and even academia.
TU’s internship program is the starting place for many people who go on to advance the ideas and values that we care about and advocate for at TU.
We believe our interns should be paid because the work they do is challenging and difficult. A typical intern will produce three written pieces for TU during their internship and many more in the years after their internship is over. A one-time investment of just $500 goes a long way!
We’re looking to fund our entire internship program for the 2017-18 school year through this fundraiser. Just $2000 will fund four interns during this school year.
